This rock Bit is one of the specail rock drilling tool .It is manufactured according to API spec  and certificated by API . Tungsten carbide material is very  hard material which hardness is only lower diamond in all the material . Comparetly ,the Diamond drill bit , Tungsten carbide  drill bit price is lower .  Tricone drill bit is called roller cone bit accroding to API standard .

 Tricone bit  's  are  tungsten carbide Tooth or tungstern  carbide welding on the tooth . So it was split two type roller cone bit  welding TC Milled Tooth  and TCI Inserted .

Milled tooth tricone bit and TCI  tricone drill bit are customized Drill Bit according to the Rock grade or the API specification IADC CODE . TCI Tricone bit is used for the middle hard to hard rock formation . Milled tooth (all called steel tooth )tricone drill bit is used for soft to very soft rock fromation .
