Tricone drill bits are available in new and used (re-tip and re-run) steel tooth and tungsten carbide insert, size from 3 3/8"(85.7mm) to 26"(660.4mm) for all formations, with any bearing/seal type, and a full range of additional custom features.

directional advanced tricone drill bits are engineered specifically for intense directional intervals with their demanding instantaneous and cyclical side loading. These drill bits enable you to drill the curve faster with improved reliability compared to conventional tricone bits. 

Vanguard shirttail and leg (STL) hardfacing reduces torque and drag while improving bit stabilization in the hole. This hardfacing package also offers enhanced seal life due to superior protection. Leveraging the premium Diamond Vanguard Heel (DVH) technology, several key markets, including the abrasive curve intervals of the Asia-Pacific region and North America, saw improved bit life due to the bit's ability to sustain a more efficient cutting structure.

----Cutting Structure
Steel Tooth: Premium tungsten carbide hard facing on the surface, it's greatly enhance the wear resistance of the tooth.
Tungsten Carbide Inserts: Various type high quality tungsten carbide inserts can be equipped on the bits, professional and
scientific selection of the inserts as per the different application and drilling process to achieve high efficient drilling
production.
----Gauge Structure
Multiple gauge protection with gauge trimmers on heel and gauge inserts on the gauge surface of the cone, tungsten carbide inserts and hardfacing on the shirttail increases gauge holding capability and bearing life.
----Bearing Structure
Journal bearing and roller bearing types are available to be chosen. Abrasion & seizure resistance, loading capacity, stability of the bearing are well improved, suitable for high speed rotary drilling.
----Seals and Lubrication
Premium O-ring, Optimal seal compression and curved seal structure can enhance the seal performance. Pressure difference type compensating system assures a good greasing lubrication function.
